Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

The Ins and Outs of the Monogram Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
  • - All returns must be related to a monogram.io order.
  • - All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. Monogram does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a Monogram provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. Monogram does not accept returns on customized product.

Monogram does not offer returns on Monogram products purchased outside of monogram.io. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on monogram.io for the correct item.
